Tecnificate Conference educating Hispanics to leverage technology

Who:  Ariel Coro, Hispanic Technology Expert and founder of Tu Tecnología and the California Community Colleges Economic & Workforce Development Program announce Tecnifícate, an educational workshop at Hartnell Community College targeted at educating Hispanics about the latest technologies and how to leverage them for their success.

What: Tecnifícate is a free, one day event that invites the community, for sessions full of information designed to educating Hispanics on how to leverage technology to find jobs, facilitate your business and better your children’s education.  This event is specifically focused on stressing the importance of technology in the personal and professional development of Hispanics and is conducted entirely in Spanish.

When:  Saturday, May 19th, 10:00 am until 2:00 pm

Doors open at 9:30 am

Why:               Because knowledge in this field is more necessary than ever, be it to find a job, grow your business or stay up-to-date and in contact with your family.



The Tecnifícate series is targeted at Spanish speaking residents of California to help encourage a better adoption and understanding of technology and educate on the tangible and positive impact it will have on their lives. It is a joint project of Tu Tecnología and the California Community Colleges Economic & Workforce Development Program.

Ariel Coro is the Technology Expert for the Hispanic community and author of the new book, El Salto – aprovecha las nuevas tecnologías y alcanza tu potencial (The leap – leverage new technologies and reach your potential). Coro is the host of Tu Tecnología, a Spanish language broadcast TV segment that educates Hispanic families on the latest tech and autos. His tech column is featured in La Opinion and El Diario La Prensa and is syndicated nationally.
